Fast, Budget-Friendly Security Installation for a New Kensington Location

To secure the new location quickly, we deployed outdoor surveillance, video doorbell access, window sensors, and a dedicated viewing hub. The setup gives the client low-latency property monitoring both on-site and from their phones.

Project Overview

A business moving into a new office space required an immediate, comprehensive security system. Their main priorities were monitoring exterior grounds, managing front door access, protecting ground-level windows, and viewing camera feeds from inside the home.

We designed and installed an integrated security setup that provides perimeter defense, mobile alerts, and a dedicated indoor viewing station.

Key Solutions & Execution

  1. Blind-Spot Elimination
We mounted a 360-degree dual-lens outdoor camera to cover critical yard and approach angles. The dual-lens configuration captures wide-angle coverage and focused detail simultaneously without requiring multiple camera units.
  2. Smart Doorbell Configuration
We installed the video doorbell at the front entrance and configured it directly on the client’s smartphones. This allows the homeowners to answer the door, use two-way talk, and review motion alerts whether home or away.
  3. Window Perimeter Protection
We placed dedicated alarm sensors on three primary window access points, establishing an immediate alert perimeter around vulnerable entry zones.
  4. Wireless Hub & Live-View Station Setup
To fulfill the client’s request for indoor feed viewing without congesting their home Wi-Fi, we integrated a dedicated wireless home hub. We then configured the basement live-view monitor, giving the family a stationary, low-latency display to monitor the property at any time.
